We went out with Captain Jeff for my brother's bachelor party and had an absolutely great time. We had a group of five and were able to fit comfortably on his boat. All his gear is nice and well-cared for. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his boat and equipment. Prior to heading out, Jeff was in frequent communication with us about what he had planned for the trip and had multiple backup plans if the weather did not cooperate. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and a ton of fun to hang out with. He is an excellent fisherman and knows lots of hidden spots where you are guaranteed to catch plenty of big fish. He's also not afraid to pull up the lines and move to a different spot if the fishing is slow. He makes it very clear from the get-go that his goal is for his clients to catch fish, and he makes that happen. We wanted a fun and relaxed trip where we caught some big fish, and Jeff delivered 110 percent. We've personally recommended him to several family members and friends. Next time we go out, we will be booking with Captain Jeff again.

This was my favorite charter to date! Jeff put us on the FISH! I learned so much and had a blast! We are already booking our next trip. Highly reccomed for any fishing you want to try!

Shoutout to Captain Jeff from Sick Day Sportfishing. We booked a Rockfish charter with him Sunday morning and had a blast! We had a pretty consistent bite from the first cast to the last with plenty of healthy rockfish brought over the rails. Jeff is an absolute expert at what he does, and his guide services are top-notch. If there's anything in or around the Chesapeake Bay that you want to catch, he's the man to put you on it.

My son and I went out for a morning charter with Captain Jeff. He did everything to get us on the fish. He’ll do whatever you want to get the experience you want. In the end we walked away with a few flounder. Overall it was an awesome experience and we will definitely hire him again!

Knowledgeable and very accommodating, in spite of the rough waters, Jeff was able to get us some good fishing spots that kept everything entertaining for the kids. Would recommend him, also Jeff can leave from other locations just outside OC, could be a better option depending what your fishing for.

Had an awesome time on the Liza Rey with Captain Jeff. It was our first time on a charter in OC, Maryland, and my wife, son, and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! Jeff is an amazing guide/captain, knowledgeable, proficient, and down-to-earth. We loved that it was exclusive and not elbow-to-elbow. The Liza Rey had plenty of room for the four of us, absolutely comfortable. Will be booking a Fall 2024 trip for some stripers, and hopefully, another early summer trip in 2025. If you want good company and professionalism, Sick Day Fishing is the way to go! Thanks for a great time, Captain Jeff.

It was our first time fishing saltwater fish. We left the Marina at 6:30am and within 20 minutes we found a school of bluefish. He had us throw topwater spooks at them and it was just about every cast we’d hook into one. As the day went on the bluefish quit biting so we went for flounder and caught 5 or 6. Overall amazing charter, we are most definitely coming back again.
